Una truffa mi avete mandato un anello completamente diverso da quello in fotografia,peraltro da me già acquistato in precedenza con misura diversa,attribuendo la colpa al vostro fornitore per il cambio di forma.
patetica scusa e patetico il buono da 10 euro offerto per rabbonirmi,pensando che avessi continuato ad acquistare dal vostro sito .............. sono veramente deluso dal vostro comportamento!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd already purchased a few rings from Vrafi before this one, but THIS was the ring that got me interested in their store. I ordered a size 12, which they told me they were out of but could send an 11 or 13. I picked 11 and realized after it was sent it was the wrong size. Jason was so helpful in correcting the issue for me. And the ring is absolutely incredible. I've been looking for a ring similar to this for years and couldn't be happier.
