Most item orders are processed within 2-3 business days and then shipped via YunExpress/USPS or another major carrier. If you place an order on Saturday, Sunday, or on a holiday, it will ship on Monday or workday. And for the made-to-order items, we need around 2-4 weeks of crafting time.
When your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information. Kindly note that, if you didn't receive the package within our shipping time or the package you received missing items, please contact support@vrafi.com within a week.
