They forgot to send part of my order. They denied this and accused me of losing the item when opening the package. Then they offered to replace it if I paid the shipping! I had to report the charge to my credit card company to have the cost refunded. 0 customer service accountability

This was one of the worst rings I’ve seen. You can make up what the emblems on the sides are. They spelled U.S. Navy incorrectly, and it looks nothing like the advertisement.
